Having trouble with your sheep shots? Is photographing your handknits the most dreaded task of publishing patterns ? Is photographing your pet a peeve? Perhaps your Ravelry projects page is a sad grid of empty squares ?
Join professional knitwear & commercial photographer Gale Zucker (aka She Shoots Sheep Shots) for one-on-one 30 minute photography coaching sessions at Fiber College of Maine. Bring a problem and she’ll help you solve it, teaching you how to shoot it. Leave with a set of images , a new approach, an a few tricks to keep you going.
Please bring your digital camera (any kind–even an iPhone is OK) with freshly charged batteries, a media card in it, the manual, and a challenge to conquer, whether it’s a sweater, fiber, yarn, sculpture, your husband in a sweater……-animals welcome too! Alpaca, sheep, dogs, cats, reptiles….

Gale Zucker is the co-author and photographer of the books Shear Spirit and CraftActivism, both from Random House. She is the photographer for several knitting books, and shoots on assignment for yarn companies, including Berroco and Green Mountain Spinnery. She is widely published in the non-knitting world, as well.
