As part of its 10th anniversary celebration, Fiber College is pleased to announce that it is expanding its Scholarship Program. Fiber College is excited about bringing new members into its community who might not be able to afford to take a class. This year several teachers have agreed to donate a spot in their classes for a scholarship student. In addition, Fiber College has enough money in the Scholarship Fund, thanks to donations in the past, to fund 35 hours of scholarship classes.
We want to make the scholarship process easy for interested students. Just complete the attached application (link below) and e-mail it to Emma Morin by July 20. We will let you know by August 1 if you have been selected so that you will have plenty of time to plan your trip to Fiber College. (Students will be responsible for paying the instructor for any kit fee and for their own accommodations.)
Here is a list of classes that have scholarship seats available. If there is a class you want to take that is not on this list, please tell us that in your application so that we can consider you for the 35 hours of funding that we have.
