We’re in a swirl of activity setting up tents and printing programs. It occurred to us that you may be thinking about what you’ll be eating at Fiber College this year as you make your own final preparations. During the weekend we’ll have two great food booths and a bake sale table benefiting the Belfast Maskers Theater Group… (in addition to the evening events on your confirmation).

The Good Kettle from Stockton Springs (http://thegoodkettle.wordpress.com/) will be offering their wonderfully creamy crab casserole, crab rolls, lobster rolls, fresh salads and locally made sodas…does a weekend on the coast get any better than this?
If you are with us for the advanced classes on Wednesday or Thursday, we will be offering a $10 catered lunch at the beach for students and their plus ones. The complete lunch will be Chili 3 ways one day and a Taco Bar the other…with gluten free/vegetarian/dairy free options for both the main dishes and dessert.
